1. Remove BBQ mat from packaging and place on BBQ/grill
2. DO NOT put it directly on charcoal. Lay it over the grill grates
3. Grill food on the mat to avoid sticking to the BBQ/Grill for example meat, vegetables, fish, shrimp etc.
